If you are looking for non-professionals, you are in the right place!!! We express our deep dissatisfaction with the wedding dress that we purchased in the Chartres boutique last month. Indeed, when collecting the dress , we noted several unacceptable problems for a garment of this importance. The dress had several visible stains, which is unacceptable for a wedding dress. The stitching was rough and visible, showing a lack of care and professionalism in finishing. These defects are extremely disappointing, especially as we had high expectations due to the reputation of the shop and the cost important of this dress.Following our dissatisfaction, measures have been taken to rectify this situation but we repeat, we are deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Please note that the saleswoman was extremely unpleasant, following our remarks!!!

I had an appointment on Saturday with my witnesses who traveled from the road to attend my fittings. Meeting at 14 p.m.: we found a shop closed, we rang several times without result, when we called we got directly to the answering machine... Perhaps there was a problem preventing them from opening but I found that it was a lack of professionalism and good manners in not contacting people with appointments, nothing was posted on the facade either... It's Tuesday evening and no one called me to apologize or anything... I absolutely do not recommend. How can we ruin dress fittings when we only experience this moment once in our lives...

I went to this store with my friend who was looking for her dress and the advice was catastrophic... Everything that the bride did not want was offered to her... With some derogatory comments about her body shape... It would have been more respectful to do kindly understand to the bride that the dress you are looking for might not be in this store..All body types are different...it is high time to realize that size 38 has not been a standard for a long time!!
