Maya and Nicole provided excellent advice. I was perfectly guided in choosing the dress and was able to adapt it to suit me. The touch-ups went smoothly despite the arrival of a happy event that was not planned 🤭A big thank you to the team who allowed me to be comfortable for this important day. Only small problem on the day recovery, there was no suitable bag to transport the dress (I was on the metro). We had to fold it a little but that didn't hinder the big day, it would simply have been more practical to have a suitable waterproof carrying case that could be transported more easily. There was a small black mark on one sleeve and a very small hole in the tulle train, I don't know if this was done during alterations or during transport of the dress. It was very discreet and almost invisible but it could be a source of stress during the preparations. In any case, I recommend the store. You just have to be vigilant when recovering if the dress has been handled for alterations and plan to return by car if you do not have a suitable cover.

Great experience in this store, where I saw some real wonders in terms of dresses. The seamstress was adorable, listened to my tastes, had the patience to have me try on lots of dresses and even saw me again afterwards because I had another appointment, but I had fallen for a particular dress during this first date. She took the time to try on said dress again, until closing time!! His kindness was truly unparalleled, I had a great time. Really, I recommend ++ 🤩🌸

Dress purchased in March 2022 for a wedding in July 2023. Dress supposed to arrive at the store in September 2022, seeing widely according to the store. I am going to give two stars for the kindness, patience and listening of Stéphanie, one of the salespeople and advisor who found my ideal dress. However there is had a big lack of professionalism on the part of the manager (Maya, her first name I think). Explanation: I called in October 2022 to find out if the dress had arrived because it was planned for September 2022 to give them a little more time just in case. I had the online manager Maya who made a big mistake by not taking the time to look in reserve but only on her computer to check that my ordered dress had arrived at their place. She guaranteed me by telephone and via email that the dress had arrived. I booked Airbnb and train in January 2023 to come to Paris as I was not from the region (the store knew it). Two weeks before the scheduled appointment In mid-January I was called to tell me that the dress ultimately did not arrive and never arrived and that it will "normally" be there on May 20, 2023 (two months before the wedding abroad, so very fair logistical level not being from the region without taking into account another possible delay). They explain to me that the manager made a mistake and it was one of her advisors who noticed it and contacted me to tell me say.After making the request I was granted a simple 10% discount. Nothing was offered to me for this error other than an apology. I had to make the two other appointments on the same day at the end of May 2023, hoping that everything went well because I am not from the region. The seamstress for the alterations was not aware that I was going to have to collect the dress the same day following their error...At the time of the alterations, the manager Maya found herself very directional in what "can be done or not” for retouching. Even saying that I could simply use a safety clip to pull up my train. I understand well that these are not tailor-made or half-measure dresses but to tell me that I will have to put a safety clip myself (there is the art and the way of saying it because I doubt whether she herself would have put a safety clip on her own wedding dress or not). According to Maya, adding a small fastener was simply not possible for my train. This contrasts with various opinions from recommended seamstresses in the industry who could do it for me without worry.

At the top! Because of another service provider, I had to search for a wedding dress expressly. I was well received by the seamstress who was so kind. She was able to comfort me and she showed a lot of patience. In the end I left with a wedding dress that suited me. I got a lot of compliments. The alterations were impeccable! I recommend because they made up for a more than failed experience with the "blanc mariage (e.g. belle de robe)" boutique in the 15th arrondissement. I recommend!

A great experience! I went for my very first dress fitting with my mom and I ended up finding THE dress that totally suited me, it was a real crush.
