Very disappointed not to have received a commercial gesture from the owner who never denied reimbursing me for an item left in their store! Shameful at such prices!!! It's called THEFT! The star that appears on my note and only for the kindness of the seamstress!

And there you have it, my wedding having passed, I can finally take the time to thank you properly ☺️. I was accompanied throughout my fittings by Cécile who is just extraordinary. I had tried several models at the first fitting but she confirmed (with the help of my friends) the choice of this dress which is just MAGNIFICENT. This must not have been obvious, having a very particular size (I measure... 1m47 and I am very thin 😅) but the dress which was altered (obviously!) several times was just PERFECT and on the big day, what a joy to wear it 🥰. Cécile was really very gentle, attentive and gave very good advice. Really, I am more than satisfied with my follow-up in this store, you can go there with your eyes closed and I recommend it, especially if Cécile takes care of you ☺️.Thank you again for everything!

I recommend it to all future brides! Mme Laude and Cécile were able to put me at ease and find me THE dress of my dreams. For the first visit, I wasn't confident, I didn't know what I wanted but they were able to find me the dress that flattered me. Lots of choice and excellent quality! For my part, I wanted a Caudry lace dress and I had a multitude of choices. Excellent welcome, professionalism, kindness... Very good time spent on one of the most important days of the wedding preparations. Many thanks!

You need a rare pearl to accompany you in this magnificent choice, call Cécile. A person of exceptional gentleness, kindness, patience and professionalism. I thank you enormously for your support. If I can just make one remark, it would be in relation to the owner of the establishment who tends to be cold in her behavior and slightly lacks patience during fittings...the purchase of my dress is unique and represents a huge budget...I would have preferred not to have the impression of being in the way, especially when my last fitting just to give part of the cabin to a young lady who hadn't yet made her choice...

Having visited two stores in Valenciennes, this one was my favorite! Cécile, a very pleasant seamstress and saleswoman, was very gentle and above all gave good advice while having tact in the way she said it even when it was not It wasn't right. She was able to find me a dress that I'm sure will make me look good on the big day. I can't wait for the next fitting. The store is practical with its large booths and a sufficient choice of dresses to find what you're looking for. I recommend 100%
