I came across the French bridal house Cymbeline by chance. From the first moment I felt the refinement, the nobility and the warm welcome of Christina and then of Mrs. Fotini. With their valuable advice and with respect to my taste, we ended up with a wonderful, stately and elegant wedding dress. I highly recommend Cymbeline!!!

First I would like to mention that being a local guide on Google since 2008 I have written over 120 reviews for all kinds of businesses.Within these 121 reviews, the purely negative reviews can be counted on the fingers of the hands. This is a small preface to imagine how extensive our negative experience with the company was.On our topic. We visited the French house Cymbeline Paris of Mrs. Fotini X. with my sister, in order to choose a wedding dress for her wedding in the coming summer. On the day we visited, it was also the last day the store was running some kind of promotion / bazaar where there were better prices on wedding dresses.So, under the pressure of time and after the staff verbally informed us that we can give an advance payment (of 450 euros) TO CLOSE THE GOOD PRICE of the promotional energy, we did so and gave the money without receiving back any document and without any additional information.Only 7 days later, due to a serious and unforeseen reason, we decided not to proceed with the purchase of the wedding dress and we immediately informed the store by phone so that they would be aware and refund the amount of 450 euros we had given to secure the good bazaar price.So the answer from Ms. Fotini X. was that such a thing is impossible, and that the money is not returned even though we were never informed of such a thing neither in writing nor orally. Also, on the company's website during the time period of our conversations with Ms. Fotini X. (where snapshots/photos have been kept) there was no relevant reference regarding the refund policy.Asked what sales document she will give us for the 450 euros, since she did not provide us with any service or any product, she was even willing to cut us a document that will state "prepayment of wedding dress".Since then, Ms. Fotini X. has stopped answering her cell phone and never calls us back (she has apparently disappeared). Although we have also called the store's landline and asked the kind employee of the store to inform the owner, we have not received any information about the fate of our money.As one would understand, the professionalism and respectability of the business is very low, and with this review we would like to draw the attention of future customers of the business. As for our own case, we will claim our money through justice.

I bought a lovely wedding dress.I enjoyed it at my wedding. It was comfortable and very beautiful.The service in the store is excellent.

Lovely wedding dresses lovely service. After much searching I ended up there because it had the softest fabrics with a very nice fit. It didn't emphasize my tummy at all and it made my chest look very elegant, while elsewhere the same fabrics made me fat. Lace and tulle are wonderful (which I had ruled out before I even started looking for a wedding dress). Trust it. Prices very good. Excellent service without exaggerating. The whole evening the wedding dress did not tire me at all, I had taken a dress to change but in the end I stayed with my wedding dress.

Comptez 6 mois avant la date de votre mariage pour prendre le temps de faire les essayages, sans oublier l’ajustement sur mesure du modèle de robe choisi. 

Nous vous conseillons de venir accompagnée de personnes de confiance. Afin d’obtenir des conseils avisés, entourez-vous de 3 personnes proches de vous. 

Le jour de vos essayages de robes de mariée, il est important de porter une lingerie invisible. Préférez les tons chair ou nude, sans coutures. Vous pouvez également apporter une paire de chaussures dans laquelle vous êtes confortable afin que vous puissiez juger le tomber de la jupe pour déterminer l’ourlet nécessaire.
